Val and Arbi are an amazing husband/wife team and we were so lucky to have worked with them as we purchased our new home this past summer. Throughout our multi-month adventure, we mostly worked with Val but we also got the chance to work with Arbi at some points. Val was very patient from day one and stuck with us to the very end until we found the perfect home. She entertained countless evening conference calls and texts at all hours of the day as questions and concerns popped up. She was never pushy and never made us feel like we were wasting her time or that she had better things to do. In fact, she always made room in her schedule to accomodate us and did so with a smile, even when we basically consumed her entire weekend. On a few occasions, Val completely rearranged meetings so that she would be there for us. The one time when she wasn't able to physically be present, she sent Arbi in her place, who was just as warm and helpful in the process. Arbi answered lots of technical questions and it is clear that he not only has a lot of knowledge, but he also has a lot of passion for what he does. After closing, Val then went above and beyond to see that our construction project was orchestrated efficiently, by meeting with the contractor and opening and/or closing the house every day since we were out of state and couldn't be there ourselves. Val and Arbi are the absolute best real estate duo out there and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to any and all friends/family in the SoCal area.

Choosing Arbi Sarkissian as my realtor was the best decision I have made. There are so many realtors I could have gone with to conduct the sale of my home but I have zero regrets with going with Arbi. We had a challenging set of circumstances to overcome in order to sell our home. Arbi is the most knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced real estate agent I have met. Throughout the process, I felt as though he was not looking for a quick deal, but was diligently searching for what's best for my wife and I. My husband and I were referred to Arbi when we were in the market to purchase our first home last December. To be honest being a first time home buyer my husband and I were very nervous on our search, but we were fortunate to find Arbi as our realtor. He is very professional and knowledgeable about not only real estate, but permits, pricing, etc. We really appreciated his honestly, and patience with each house we saw. Arbi Sarkissian was incredibly responsive, prompt, and helpful during our sale of a decedent estate property with multiple challenging issues.
